Q: How do I clean my pettiskirt? A: Your pettiskirt or petti co-ordinates should not be put in a washing machine, we recommend washing by hand and this instruction is also on the care label of your garment. This will ensure the longest life from your Princess Ratbag purchase and will also ensure you do not void your guarantee. Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? A: This will be assessed on a case by case basis, so please email with your enquiry. Q: Do you offer discounts for photographers? A: Yes we do offer a discount for TFP or a link added to your website and blog. Please enquire if you are interested. Q: I am interested in selling your products in my store, how do I find out more? A: Please send us an email with details of your business, and upon approval we can send you an access code to our wholesale section. Q: How do I know the correct size to order? A: Each of our sizes in pettiskirts covers a couple of age groups, so please refer to our size chart on our sizing page for specific measurement details. The measurements provided are in inches unless otherwise specified and the waist meaurement is when the elastic is unstretched. If you want maximum use of your pettiskirt, you may like to order in a larger size and take the elastic in if necessary until your child grows into it. There is a small opening to reach the elastic and this is where it can be altered. Q: What is your refund/exchange policy? A: We offer a 100% money back guarantee and will happily refund or exchange if you arent delighted with your purchase. In order to receive your refund/exchange contact MUST be made within 72 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to refund/exchange and the reason. We will then provide you with return details and the item must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. All items must have the tag intact and be in the same condition as it was received and must not have been worn. A full refund or exchange will be provided on return. Please refer to our returns policy for further details. Q: Do you offer any guarantee? A: Yes. We are so proud of our product and are so sure you will love it as much as we do that we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Please see 'what is your refund/exchange policy?' for conditions. Q: Do you send outside of Australia? A: We are happy to send outside of Australia. Please go to 'extra services' and add the appropriate cost to your cart. Q: How is my order sent? A: We use both Australia Post express satchels or Couriers Please for larger deliveries. International orders are sent Registered Air mail, but please remember to add International shipping to your cart (it can be found in extra services). Q: How much is postage? A: We send our orders in satchels if they can fit into a 3kg or 5kg satchel, or a box for more than 4 items. Postage varies and will be calculated at checkout, but generally is approx. 10% of the total order. Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Currently there is an approximate 5 week turnaround, however as of early 2009 most styles will be readily available for immediate shipment. Custom orders may require up to an 8 week turnaround. Q: Can I do a custom order? A: Yes you are welcome to do a custom order if you dont see anything you like in our catalogue, however please note there is a minimum of 5 per style per size required and you will need to allow up to 12 weeks to receive your custom order. Q: Do you have other styles or just what is in your pictures? A: Aside from what you'll find in our catalogue, we can also custom make pettiskirts or petti co-ordinates to your colour combination so please enquire. Q: What are your pettiskirts made from? A: Our pettiskirts are made from layer upon layer of luxurious nylon chiffon. Each pettiskirt uses as much as 7 metres of fabric, yes 7 METRES! Some of our pettiskirts have lace, satin or print features for that added opulence. They have an elastic waistband for maximum use, so each size is to fit over several years. |
